Dysfunction

When veterinarians speak of a dysfunction, they mean a pathological disorder or restriction in the physical function of an animal. For example, in the function of an organ, when the naturally healthy process in a body is only possible to a limited extent. In the case of more severe dysfunctions, the term insufficiency is often used (heart, kidney or liver insufficiency, etc.).
