Gingivitis

Gingivitis (inflammation of the gums). In the case of gingivitis, the cat’s gums are usually reddened right at the edge of the teeth, they often bleed and are sensitive to pain. Gingivitis in cats is caused by many different things and often occurs with other diseases such as plaque, tartar, periodontitis, inflammation and dissolution of the roots of the teeth (FORL), renal insufficiency or infectious diseases.
